Various financial and economic systems have been able to improve economic indicators by using these financial institutions. Increasing economic growth, increasing employment, using the production capacities of companies and increasing exports are examples of the most important macroeconomic achievements of using private investment financing institutions. Private equity institutions, which include venture capital investment, growth capital investment, leveraged buyout investment, and investment in distressed companies, can help countries' economies get out of recession. Private equity funds are a popular investment vehicle that offers high return potential but also comes with high risk. The purpose of this review is to identify and analyze the risks associated with investing in private equity funds with a special focus on their management methods.
2022-03-26T00:00:00+0430 Copyright (c) 2022 Amir Mohammad Shahbalaei Kashan https://iscihub.com/index.php/AIIM/article/view/15 A multi-objective mathematical model for designing an environmentally friendly supply chain 2024-04-01T22:06:57+0330 Jon Lendasce jlendasssc@cou.edu
The term sustainable or green supply chain refers to integrating environmentally sustainable processes into the traditional supply chain. It can include material selection and purchase, product procurement, product design, manufacturing and assembly, distribution, and end-of-life management. Undoubtedly, reducing air pollution, water, and waste management is the primary goal of a green supply chain. Green operation examines the performance of companies in terms of producing less waste, reusing and recycling products, and reducing production costs. In this research, as it is known, the problems of green supply chain network design are in the category of NP-Hard problems. Therefore, a multi-objective genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) will be used in this research to solve large-scale problems. Our primary goal in this research is to provide a multi-objective mathematical model with five indicators: location, selling price, average shortage, transportation, and costs, to design an environmentally friendly supply chain to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.
2022-03-26T00:00:00+0430 Copyright (c) 2022 Jon Lendasce https://iscihub.com/index.php/AIIM/article/view/14 Dynamic Modeling of traffic networks and analyzing drivers' behavior using game theories 2024-03-24T12:04:02+0330 Azam Hajiaghajani hajiaghajani.azam@gmail.com
Traffic can be considered one of the most exhausting parts of urban life today, which is the result of the accumulation of vehicles per unit of time in a particular intersection. Most of the urban highways have three passing lanes in the same direction, which include slow (lane 3) - medium (lane 2) and fast (lane 1) along with the emergency lane or park lane at the extreme right side of the road. In this research, 20 experts in the field of traffic were interviewed verbally about the variables affecting the volume of traffic and the relationships between them, and modeling was done with a causal diagram in VENSIM software. Then, 20 drivers were verbally surveyed about the fastest lane except the emergency lane during peak traffic conditions on the inner city highways, and all of them (one hundred percent of the sample population) considered the fast lane to be the fastest lane. By using the normal form of the theory of games - limited two-player games and a criterion - the equilibrium point of the game was obtained. The balance point in this game was the selection of the slow lane (lane 3) by each player who recorded the highest speed in it. The equilibrium point in the game showed that, contrary to the opinion of the surveyed drivers, the slow lane has the highest speed in traffic conditions.
2022-03-26T00:00:00+0430 Copyright (c) 2022 Azam Hajiaghajani https://iscihub.com/index.php/AIIM/article/view/13 Investigating the effect of Nilgoni Ocean strategy on employee retention and the mediating role of Tik Tok management in directing floating thinking 2024-02-06T23:33:11+0330 Mojtaba Tahavori tahavoriii@gmail.com Mahmonir Bayanati mahmonir.bayanati@gmail.com
Effective time management allows people to allocate certain time intervals to certain activities based on their priorities. The purpose of investigating the effect of the Nilgoni ocean strategy on employee retention is the mediating role of tick-tock management in directing floating thinking. The research is applied in terms of objective and correlational in terms of descriptive method. The statistical population was formed by the customers of Meli bank, who were selected by determining the sample size, 518 people, through the cluster sampling method and were surveyed. In order to Data was collected using a standard questionnaire, whose reliability was checked through Cronbach's alpha, and their validity was checked through content validity and construct validity. Data analysis was done through SPSS software. After analyzing the results and the importance of the components in order, increasing absenteeism, making things more agile and facilitating, increasing job burnout, decreasing citizenship behavior among employees, decreasing commitment organizational, increasing the level of organizational knowledge and gaining more experiences, reducing organizational health, optimal use of organization resources, greater understanding between employers and workers, reducing motivation and work morale, improving job adaptation, lack of understanding of organizational justice, reducing job satisfaction and loyalty, improving Performance, reduction of job security, improvement of job recognition, reduction of organizational trust, reduction of costs and improvement of productivity from the perspective of employees of Meli bank were prioritized respectively, and to test the hypotheses of structural equations, Sobel and vef tests were used to measure the variables. The mediator of tick-tock management and floating thinking was used, and the analysis of research hypotheses investigating the effect of the Nilgoni ocean strategy on employee retention on the variable role of tick-tock management in directing floating thinking has a positive and significant effect and were confirmed.
2022-03-26T00:00:00+0430 Copyright (c) 2022 Mojtaba Tahavori, Mahmonir Bayanati https://iscihub.com/index.php/AIIM/article/view/12 Optimizing the transportation system based on time and location of facilities in urban waste collection using the Internet of Things 2023-11-15T00:06:30+0330 Emir Golz emirgolzzzzzzzz@gmail.com
Today, the production of all kinds of waste and its environmental problems have made the management of urban services face many issues in the collection, transportation, and disposal of trash. Since the collection and transportation of waste occupies a significant part of the waste management budget, it seems necessary to use the appropriate method to reduce the collection costs. This research presents a mathematical model for garbage collection, which reduces the costs of collection and transportation by minimizing the distance traveled by trucks. Also, the model can collect the waste of a node in two or more separate times if needed. In this model, there is a non-uniform fixed fleet with a fixed number of each type of machine with different costs and capacities for each one. The overall goal is to minimize the cost of the fleet, the total distance of the trips, or its duration. The proposed model can create routes with the minimum number of vehicles' idle capacity and use time to serve all customers (nodes). To solve the presented model, a meta-innovative algorithm based on simulated annealing is proposed, which produces good solutions in a reasonable time. Several experimental problems in small and large dimensions are solved, and then the calculation results are presented. In conclusion, the performance of the proposed algorithm in the waste and garbage collection industry in a metropolis city is investigated. The results show that the proposed heuristic algorithms for generating the initial solution are very efficient for problems with small dimensions and produce the optimal solution. However, a meta-heuristic algorithm is needed for the problem with larger sizes.
2021-04-19T00:00:00+0430 Copyright (c) 2021 Emir Golz https://iscihub.com/index.php/AIIM/article/view/11 Explaining the role of information technology on organizational performance through employee empowerment, a case study in a regional oil company 2023-10-25T01:51:34+0330 Roghayeh Sheikholeslami ro_sheikholeslami@yahoo.com Hamidreza Salmani hamidrezasalmaniii@gmail.com
The economic prosperity of countries' industries and improving the performance of companies depends on the proper use ofinformation technology.
